The drama surrounding the birth certificate is a red herring. It would, however, establish the identity of his parents in a way that would be admissable as evidence in a court of law. If the birth certificate names both parents, the issue would then become whether they were both US citizens at the time of his birth. Averring that one or both of the named parents were not in fact his parents would require strong proof; otherwise the court would be forced to assume the facts as specified by the birth certificate.
Obama and others have repeatedly claimed publicly that Obama's father never was a US citizen at any time. If true, then Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen and so is not and has never been POTUS.
Correct. If Barrack H. Obama, Sr. is his father he is NOT a Natural Born Citizen. The only way he could be a natural born citizen is if someone else was his father (some suggest Frank Marshall Davis). But I doubt that is the case. Hence, he is inelligible to be POTUS.....
I don’t believe the term “Natural Born Citizen” is defined in any US law, so you’re interpretation would be challenged with alternate ones.
And, as we all know, libs interpret everything in ways that they want to.
