The presidents approval rating now stands at 42 percent an all time low in CNN polling and 8 points lower than where Obama was only three weeks ago. Moreover, 56 percent of all Americans think the president has fallen short of their expectations
In even worse news for congressional Democrats, likely voters say they are considerably more likely to vote for a candidate the president opposes than one he supports. On the other hand, 50 percent of voters said they would be more likely to vote for a Tea Party-backed candidate while a third of Americans said Tea Party support would dissuade their vote for a candidate.

CNN has been ignoring the *real* numbers for about a year, IOW. Thanks Justaham.
That Tea Party number of 50-33 is reflective of Rass polling strong approval versus strong disapproval which has run near a negative 17% average. I think it will also reflect voter turnout which means a severe beating for the progressives.
That old sinking feeling.
As I understand it, the current rules say the UN Secretary General cannot hail from a Security Council member nation. That would be, I guess, the perfect time for Obama to reveal he is a citizen of Kenya, n’est pas?
“Don’t make waves!!!!”
CA....
56% of Americans think that a potted plant would make a better POTUS than Barack Obama
44% of Americans are asleep, distracted, demented, and/or zoned out on Koolaid
But oh, to be a fly on that wall...to see The Wun seething with rage that the unwashed masses don't love him like they should. To see the fights between The First Wookiee & Lando Calrissian (the scene where jive-talking Lando gets choked by The Hairy One)...
Mmmmm...mmmmm...mmmmm
I hope his ulcers have ulcers...
Trick question,
: has Obama exceeded your expectations? Depends on your expectations.
I agree...he may even be in the teens by now...that bum has seen his internals and 18% is probably where he is really at.

Powerful Mike Pence speech on the presidency:
http://vimeo.com/15202566
Exerpts:
“The president is not our teacher, our tutor, our guide or ruler. He does not command us, we command him. We serve neither him nor his vision. It is not his job or his prerogative to redefine custom, law and beliefs; to appropriate industries; to seize the country, as it were, by the shoulders or by the throat so as to impose by force of theatrical charisma his justice upon 300 million others. It is neither his job nor his prerogative to shift the power of decision away from them, and to him and the acolytes of his choosing.”
“The President of the United States of America bows to no man.
You do not bow to kings.
When in foreign lands, you do not criticize your own country.
You do not argue the case against the United States, but, rather, the case for it.
You do not apologize to the enemies of the United States.
Should you be confused, a country, people, or region that harbors, shelters, supports, encourages, or cheers attacks upon our country, the slaughter of our children, our mothers, our fathers, our sisters, and brothers
are enemies of the United States. And, to repeat, you do not apologize to them.”

And Axelrod is leaving to go to Chicago to start working on Obama’s 2012 campaign? Go figure. . .
Not really, if things are bad enough Democrats with real future aspirations will not want to risk their one shot on 2012.
Let’s face it. He is in so far over his head that he may not even make it through his first term. He is the most incompetent and unqualifed President we have ever had as far as I am concerned.

I may be mistaken, but I don't recall rules ever applying to The One.

Wow! That is powerful, and right on point. A statement worthy of the Framers, if I ever saw one.
I tried the link — it’s working!
