Well AP is correct and so are you!
Some youtubes of the rally:

Glenn Beck speech: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJHptCzK0NQ
Sarah Palin speech: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPiOspuWqwU
I'm clear on that, but I don't think that was AP's intention...
Not what I said.
For certain reasons, I worked for the McCain/Palin campaign dozens and dozens of hours before the 2008 campaign. My question was why SP felt compelled to talk about McCain at this national rally when he is no friend to Conservatives. Mebbe you disagree?
“Anyone know why Drudge isnt mentioning this rally today”
I don’t think he does anything on the weekends. Not even worth going there Saturday or Sunday.
Rush has certain subjects which he avoids or does not cover.
Homosexual marriage is one of them.
~~~
He had discussed that issue, as a result
of Elton John performing at his wedding.
Amazing photo! I watched every minute. What an inspiration!
That helicopter mentioned above was a Beck commissioned crowd counter?
What a wonderful message, and needed.
Of course you could call them that. They admitted they are.
The difference between that and the baseless acuusations the Left makes is that leftists accuse Cons of being racists because of their positions on policy issues, not because they said they dont like someone because of their color.
To: Rush, Sean, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, etc...how about putting aside your differences and verbally supporting each other, and showing a united front.
WE THE PEOPLE are looking to you all to join us as we unite. Put aside the popularity contests and egos and lock arms with the rest of us.
Would love to see you all on stage..together. It's time.
Each and every one of us who is of this earth from the beginning of time to the end of time will know that Jesus IS God. That time will come on Judgment Day. Even Satan know that Jesus is God.
Not sure...Glenn made a few comments on his radio show about having a way to count the crowd; but also made it clear that the area above the event was ‘restricted airspace’. Maybe using the photo from the top of the monument that was posted earlier..?
From AP: “The crowd organizers had a permit for 300,000 was vast, with people standing shoulder to shoulder across large expanses of the Mall.”
I believe both Levin and Hannity attended Rush’s wedding. We dont need radio personalities, and that includes Beck. We need a new generation of political leaders.
We surround them. Let the incendiary comments and vitriol fly, because at the end of the hour, end of the day we surround them.
There will come a day when that realization sets in, and the enemies of freedom and liberty will be held accountable for thier crimes.
This event gives me hope and faith that that day is closer than anyone thought.
“Our side is to smart to fall into one of the lefts trap but the left is really REALLY pushing. Im sure it will be much worse this time. Im telling everyone who is going up for September 12 to get video cameras and have them ready.”
This is common sense self defense these days.
“The problem is that there are too many ignorant people who are afraid of Mormons just because they know nothing about them.”
Agreed. I grew up in an area with lots of LDS and they are decent, upstanding people. I don’t agree with their theology, but by and large they really do walk the talk.
The organizer, Fox TV host Glenn Beck, who invited listeners from across the country to the U.S. capital to "restore America's honor," said he thought several hundred thousand people attended.
She talked about him being in the same prisoner camp as the Vietnam Vet whom she was presenting. Nothing more, nothing less.
