The Obama administration has directed Department of Justice staffers not to enforce the law requiring lists of dead or inactive voters be expunged, according to J. Christian Adams, the DOJ official whose May 14 resignation stems from the administration's squelching of voter intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party for an incident that occurred on Election Day 2008 in Philadelphia.

The requirement is mandated by the 1993 Motor Voter Act.

Adams says the order was given last November at a meeting of the DOJ's Voting Section convened by Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes, a political appointee.

The department of retribution has every intent of aiding and abetting massive vote fraud nationwide.

Well, if we complain enough, no doubt they’ll compromise and clean off any dead Republicans who happen to be on the lists.

The GOP missed a big chance to clean up the lists and penalize false/dead voters and those who register them when they had the majority and the Presidency. It was obvious in 2000 and 2004 in such diverse Dem-pits as Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and reportedly the New Mexico Indian reservations, that votes were being manufactured. A few cases were brought, but there was nothing like the enforcement effort that was needed.

This is another reason why optimistic projections that the GOP will take over the House will not likely happen. The Marxists are in control and will not give up their power voluntarily. The GOP is ill equipped to deal with a political enemy that views elections as wars to be won by any means necessary.

A judge has ordered the DOJ to release to Ken Allen Ann Dunham and Lolo Soetoro’s passport and travel records by June 30. The DOJ has failed to do it so far. They are lawless.

Lawless like the Hawaii officials, which I’ve documented at http://www.butterdezillion.wordpress.com .

Quantico and Centcom are constantly trying to hack The Post & Email.

The VA has apparently hidden or destroyed the burial and other records of the little girl whose birth certificate number was almost certainly stolen by Obama to forge the Factcheck COLB. The HDOH has also destroyed her birth certificate and the original birth index from 1961 which would reveal the certificate numbers of her and/or Obama.

This country is in deep, deep doo-doo. If we can’t find a way to FORCE the rule of law to be upheld we are sunk.

Can Eric Holder be impeached?

Fat chance. Not surprisingly, they vote 100% democrat post mortem.

No such thing as a dead Republican voter. This is chitcago politics man! Dead republicans always see the light and switch parties. Happily voting for treasonous democrats for the next couple hundred years.
