MRS. RONDEAU: I heard the broadcast on Chalices show last Monday wherein General Cash and you called for having Obama and his regime removed from office. How do you think the American people could get that done?
GEN. VALLELY: When you go back to the Constitution, it says that its the peoples right to remove a government, hopefully through a peaceful process. If you look at whats out there, as far as the people and the government are concerned, there are only about four ways for a peaceful transfer of power. One way, of course, is through the elections. The second is to demand resignation, where the people actually demand that a sitting president resign as they did when the pressure was put on Richard Nixon, for example. Now with that pressure and declining popularity dipping into 40% support, then 30, then 20% basically, its a no-confidence vote of the people that this executive is not doing the job for America. So then you have the demand-resignation pressure that could occur on the part of the people of the country, and other leadership, corporate as well as political, that could create a tremendous demand that this administration resign. And Im not talking only about Obama resigning for incompetence, corruptness, fraud, lying, and treasonous occurrences in his administration which are violations of his oath and violation of the Constitution, but also his entire political apparatus in Washington and those who contributed to the corruption. So there is plenty of material there that should create enough public support that they demand his resignation.

The Declaration of Independence is considered to be a part of United States Law, so yes, the people CAN just remove a sitting government. While it may not be easy, we can do it, and our national laws codify our right to do it!
We start with a letter-writing and petition blitz of of elected representatives demanding that they impeach and remove this administration with ALL of its strap-hangers; we followup in November and vote out every unresponsive/uncooperative incumbent.
If the elections turn in the Leftists favor despite the overwhelming mood of the citizenry; we'll know that the election process is rigged, and peaceful change is no longer possible; it will be time for the Constitution's reset button to be used (AKA: Second Amendment).
I applaud this General’s bold commentary, for it will help our troops still on active-duty become mentally prepared for when they may have to assist the people in taking their country back.
I believe the General is thinking of the Declaration of Independence rather than the Constitution.

He may be a buffoon - but I suspicion he may just be honest...I think he's the poorest senator in DC. He has never amassed a personal fortune in all the years he's served - which may be an indication that he, at least, isn't as corrupt as most of them.
He's also not been connected to, trained, nurtured or owned by the Chi town thugs or the Ayers/Soros gang or teethed on Alinkski.
He's be much safer for the next 2 years for the country, while no threat to our candidates in 2012.

Yes. I was born in the Canal Zone. Am an American citizen, but Panamanian law makes me dual. This is good for this day and age when the world is so crazy. It does not make one less an American citizen.

It might be a nightmare, but I think that if Obama and a few others are outed...those left to govern would behave themselves for a while. They would be too scared of losing their precious high paying positions to keep repeating what Obama was doing unsuccessfully. I think they would consider becoming a bit more...shall I say the bad word????....Conservative. At least for a few years anyway.

About 7:00 every morning I have a flock of these wonderful noisy yellow-head parrots flying over my apartment. They make a lot of noise in the process, but that is all. I dont think they solve anything but just have a lot of fun squawking and yammering.

If GOP almost retakes the House, Pelosi might fall any way to the long knives within the caucus and one of the other Dims would become Speaker.
