Obesity and lack of education? Obesity can be fixed in boot camp (even a month long remediation prior to boot). Lack of education? Might actually HELP the military. Not so much to de-program.

Take a ride through York, Lebanon, Harrisburg and then spin up to East Stroudsburg and Allentown. I know there are a lot more but those are the ones I know about directly.
