We have free speech in this country. The congressman never even attempted to just keep walking past him. We have laws. Even at DU they recognized that he was obviously drinking his lunch and used poor judgement. Even they are calling for his arrest. Grabbing a wrist, then a neck, is crossing the line into battery. Had the congressman bumped into the guy while attempting to keep going, I might agree with you, but that is not what happened.
