"Obama’s Appeals Court Nominee Sent to Full Senate with Record of Leniency for Sex Offenders, Serial Killer"

SNIPPET: "U.S. District Judge Robert Chatigny of Connecticut took what many considered extraordinary judicial actions in 2005 to prevent the execution of a serial killer, and the judge also has a record of lenient sentencing for sex offenders.

Nevertheless, the Senate Judiciary Committee, on a party-line vote, sent his nomination to the full Senate on Thursday. The committee vote was 11-7-1, with only Democrat, Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, abstaining. All the Republicans voted against the nomination.

“This president clearly has a view of the judiciary that is contrary to the classical American understanding of the law,” Sessions, ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, told CNSNews.com.

“He believes, he said repeatedly, that a judge should show empathy. That’s not what a judge is for,” Sessions said. “A judge is a servant of the law. They put on a robe to be dispassionate and apply the law as written.

“The president grew up as a community activist. He sees courts as part of a process by which political agendas can be advanced. So I’m not surprised that a number of the nominees that have been submitted by this president tend to be consistent with his view with the role of a judge,” Sessions added."

Just how many points of data do we need in any area of policy, judgment, law, regulation or fact to accurately deduce that the 0bama WH & Dem Congress ARE destroying the US? Ad infinitum. In all planes. Their intent, from a certain perspective, no longer matters. As a matter of fact, discussing and dissecting intent merely serves as a delaying distraction used against opposition, or, energy spent to counteract these trends.

This is their moment. They know it. They’re all in.

Frankly, in my opinion, one really doesn’t need more data. I’m just archiving here for historical purposes.

One day, when I’m dead and gone (I’m old); this will be here for anyone who really wonders why our country either went downhill to a very low point or ceased to exist altogether.

'Safe school czar' encouraged child sex with an older man

A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an "older man." At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse. That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's "safe school czar". ..."

According to Mr. Jennings' own description in a new audiotape discovered by Fox News, the 15-year-old boy met the "older man" in a "bus station bathroom" and was taken to the older man's home that night...".

On the tape, Mr. Jennings recollected that he told the student to make sure "to use a condom" when he was with the older man. That he actively encouraged the relationship is reinforced by Mr. Jennings' own description in his 1994 book, "One Teacher in 10." In that account, the teacher boasts how he allayed the student's concerns about the relationship to such a degree that the 15-year-old "left my office with a smile on his face that I would see every time I saw him on the campus for the next two years, until he graduated." ...
