Considering that two of the mot popular detonation methods are a deadman switch held by the bomber and cellphone activation controlled by an unknown person outside of the blast zone, I don't think it would be successful in most cases.

Believe me, I understand everything that you are saying. the fact is though not not all 1 billion Muslims believe that “pillar of faith”. Given that there is no chance of the West “winning” by killing all 1 billion Muslims, then the answers come down to:

a) Islam is “reformed” from the inside (i.e. through the ‘moderates’)

b) the world submits to Islam and it’s the end of civilization
