So will a projectile 'set-off' C4 or dynamite, or are head shots the rule of the day? Considering that two of the mot popular detonation methods are a deadman switch held by the bomber and cellphone activation controlled by an unknown person outside of the blast zone, I don't think it would be successful in most cases.

I was thinking more in terms of Islamo-facists declaring open war on the American populace.
That is what I assumed would be next after 9-11, but it never materialized - and it's not like there aren't enough of them or that they can't get into the US......
