Small Luggage Explodes at Bush Airport (TX)

HOUSTON - A small piece of luggage exploded at Bush Intercontinental Airport on Tuesday afternoon. No injuries were reported.
According to a spokeswoman for the Houston Airport System, the luggage exploded shortly after the jet landed around 2 p.m.
Ground crews said they noticed something strange about the luggage and were working to remove it when the explosion occurred.
While no injuries were reported

seems like the only time the system works..is when the terrorist screws up,..or some citizen notices something. Yep. Besides luck, terrorist ineptitude, and regular citizens the "system" has been an abject failure.
