Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told a Senate hearing Tuesday that unmanned aerial drones will soon fly through Texas skies!
"Big Sis" declared that over the past 15 months, federal law enforcement initiatives have made the border more secure than in any other time in history, the SAN ANTONIO EXPRESS-NEWS reports in Wednesday editions.
The new "predator bees" have the capability to fly at altitudes used by commercial aircraft, and are designed to enhance intelligence capabilities of federal, state and local law enforcement.
But a recent analysis of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles found that they were twice as likely to crash as manned aircraft, according to the Congressional Research Service.

One section of the border near Tucson had 250,000 arrests, and 750,000 successful entrances of illegal immigrants.
Who needs a drone? Just take a walk. They have to be everywhere in those quantities.

What about stopping a few illegal Africans, Chinese or Middle Eastern folk? They’re where the real danger lies. And believe me, they’re coming across the borders, because AZ is a prime stop on the human smuggling line.
If you want this law to be more credible, don’t target Hispanics. Go after illegals in general (who may be Germans, Brits or Aussies, believe it or not).
I am disgusted by the anti-Hispanic stuff here. I’m not in favor of illegal immigration from anywhere, but there are many people here so obssessed with their hatred of Mexicans that they will be quite thrilled when Obama raises the LEGAL quota for Muslims to the point where most of our major cities will have reached the Islamic tipping point in about 2 years. But as long as you can stamp out Mexican busboys, I guess you all will be happy.
Heck, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers helped build THAT wall...!!!!
Hey! The drones can drop registration forms and pencils. The US can provide rest stops and registration drop boxes every 100 yards so the undocumented can document themselves and be ready to vote Democratic.

Yes, lots of comment about Mexicans... but its because they make up the VAST number of illegal aliens. So, hell yes, a lot of people don’t like them. If we had huge numbers of any group breaking into our country, most wouldn’t like them either. Its not that they are Hispanic, its because Hispanics make up the majority of illegal entrants into this country.
Actually, this is merely an effort to get the most accurate count possible for the 2010 Census before the deadline kicks in.
And don’t forget they want to know how many to grant amnesty too. Because gosh darn it, rewarding criminal behavior sure is the smart thing to do.
Is this supposed to make me feel better or worse?
And who is considered the enemy: illegals hopping the border or concerned citizens trying to stop them?
