No one sane would condone the crime of McVeigh, but Clinton and Reno have been deflecting responsibility for Waco/OKC since these events happened. They weren't dishing out love in Waco. Of course, the U.S. government investigated itself and found itself "not guilty". Tanks pumping tear gas into a building are a routine way of arresting a kook.

Like anything Clinton did while in office, he waited to see how the wind blew, before giving Reno the talking points to go before the cameras and explain how things went down.
