Wasn’t it Orin Hatch who was spreading this rumor? He seemed to be the one pushing for Clinton.

Wanna bet Bill Clinton gets the nod. I mean how many other members of the SCOTUS have experienced disbarment?
Having a clear and unanimous decision on what ‘is’ means would be very helpful.

I’d kind of like to see this happen. I might not have to accidentally see her face so much. Plus, the long black robe seems appropriate.

I think it’s extremely scary that given the people this regime hangs with, she’s not the worst choice they might make.

If the Obama administration says they are not going to do it, it probably means they are. This is one rumor they wish to quash.

White House quashes rumor of Clinton Supreme Court nominationIt'd be hilarious if they nominated her instead of some other commie and the first case she pushed for was from Orley Taitz...

Wanna bet Bill Clinton gets the nod ... Neither Bill nor Hill will get it - they do not have the judicial experience ...
They would have to have the kind of resume that William Howard Taft had [Chief Justice after having been President].
Taft was a prosecutor in Ohio, appointed to the Ohio Superior Court, appointed Solicitor General of the United States, appointed to the US Court of Appeals [6th Circuit], Governor General of the Phillipines, Secretary of War, Governor of Cuba, Acting Secretary of State, and finally President.

Boy oh boy would it be fun to watch the fireworks fly. Instead most of the Republicans would BE NICE and not be confrontational like they need to be.
