The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) became the first medical society to sue to overturn the newly enacted health care bill, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). AAPS sued Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (AAPS v. Sebelius et al.).

Yeah, but we all know that this is just because they want to continue to get away with cutting peoples’ arms off and stealing their kidneys.
If sick people now will get $175 salary a week for going to the hospital, and people are like ‘rats’ always looking for the cheese, seems to me that a lot of Americans will try to get sick, at least load down the system...is this what Pelosi wants?

This was fully anticipated. There is much more to come. This pile of doo-doo is wrong, incomplete, too broad and just plain unconstitutional on so many levels that it should be called the “attorney’s full employment act”.
Unless our court system is hopelessly corrupted, this law doesn’t have a chance. It’s why a lot of us were saying to the Dems, “be careful for what you wish for.”
Aren’t doctors required by law to report abusive relationships to the police? They need to start reporting the Democratic Party and its leaders.

1. Jealousy & Possessiveness – Democrat becomes jealous over your family, friends, co-workers. Tries to isolate you. Always asks where you’ve been and with whom in an accusatory manner. (Tea Party attacks.)
2. Control – Democrat is overly demanding of your time and must be the center of your attention. Democrat controls finances and the activities you partake in. Becomes angry if you show signs of independence or strength. (Tax you to death.)
3. Superiority – Democrat feels they are always right, has to win or be in charge. Democrat always justifies his actions so he can be “right” by blaming you or others. Abusive Democrat will talk down to you or call you names in order to make himself feel better. The goal of an abusive Democrat is to make you feel weak so they can feel powerful. Abusers are frequently insecure and this power makes them feel better about themselves.
4. Manipulates – Tells you you’re crazy or stupid so the blame is turned on you. Tries to make you think that it’s your fault Democrat is abusive. Says he can’t help being abusive so you feel sorry for him and you keep trying to “help” him. Tells others you are unstable. (Uses the media to aid in this process.)
5. Mood Swings – Democrat mood switches from aggressive and abusive to apologetic and loving after the abuse has occurred.
6. Actions don’t match words – Democrat breaks promises, says he loves you and then abuses you. (Democrats lie.)
7. Punishes you – An emotionally abusive Democrat may withhold intimacy or play the “silent game” as punishment when he doesn’t get his way. Democrat verbally abuses you by frequently criticizing you.
8. Unwilling to seek help – An abusive Democrat doesn’t think there is anything wrong with him so why should he seek help? Does not acknowledge his faults or blames it on his childhood or outside circumstances.
9. Disrespects women – Shows no respect towards his mother, sisters, or any women in his life. Thinks women are stupid and worthless. (Supports abortion and the accompanying degradation of women.)
10. Has a history of abusing women and/or animals or was abused himself – Batterers (Democrats) repeat their patterns and seek out women and victims (minorities) who are submissive and can be controlled. Abusive behavior can be a generational dysfunction and abused Democrats have a great chance of becoming abusers.
Don’t forget cutting off their heads for tonsils.
Don’t forget unnecessary removal of tonsils, Doctors love removing tonsils for profit.
I guess the fascists will have to “pivot” from demonizing insurance companies (the current week’s “Emanuel Goldstein”) to demonizing doctors.

But they ALL wanted this.....I saw them all standing behind Obama when he spoke.
I doubt it will make a difference. This suit will have to go through all the judicial levels from district court to Supreme Court. The suits the states are filing against this health care fiasco should go straight to the Supreme Court and will probably be decided long before this goes to trial
Bump for these guys and gals. If some states can get special treatment, some doctors can get special treatment, some patients can get special treatment
and other states, doctors and patients cannot — then there needs to be a BIG lawsuit!
Nothing more than lies, deceit and obfuscation from the KING.
But even if they were all real doctors rallying with the Pathological Liar in Chief, their inclination toward neo-communism will kill many innocent and decent Americans. Therefore, the stupid bastards shouldn't even be licensed to practice medicine if tyrannical statism is their mentality.
The free lunch bunch now with insurance will take out a lease at hostipals.
