Palin’s speech at Searchlight will prove once and for all time that she is NOT a RINO. And those of you who are on our side who have castigated Palin in the last little while because of her endorsement of McCain, you will be ashamed of themselves in the coming weeks, especially after Palin’s speech to the SRLC.

Many call the our side, “The stupid party”. Here is a glowing example of why we are. You folks are focused on bringing down one of the stellar representatives on our side while you leave the Messiah pretty well to himself to indulge in further political machinations and to move his agenda along.

Palin is NOT the problem. Obama is. Get a life!

McCain is moving toward Sarah.

Sorry, any move to the right by Juan is strictly for image and is only temporary. If he wins primary, he has (in so many words) vowed to resume his push for Amnesty and Cap & Tax.

Don't be sucked in by this long time RINO - they don't change their stripes.

In addition, I found Sarah's comments of embracing a "guest worker" program VERY troubling and VERY RINO-like.

Could we please have one bloody thread on FR without gratuitous posts by the McCain-obsessed and the Palin-deranged?

Waste your time if you wish, telling me about McCain. I do not need to be educated, but like I said, waste away.

I accept that he has been horribly off key with his political notes over parts his career. He has been badly wrong about campaign finance and amnesty. He has not been off about everything, and in those areas he and Sarah line up together quite well. It wouldn’t hurt for you to research the areas they have in common.

You need to get that I don’t need a diatribe against McCain. I already know all of anything you can post and much more. I am looking at this from Sarah Palin’s point of view and understanding her decisions at this juncture.

She is amazing.

I would not like to be in her shoes, but she has done the best with her circumstances.

If life hands you a lemon, you might still use it to make lemonade.

When Palin was referring to McCain’s people being a part of the Tea Party movement she was referring strictly to the Arizona wing of the TP movement, since only Arizonans will be able to vote in the Arizona primary. She was not referring to the national movement as it has little bearing on whether McCain is elected or not.

By the way the Arizona Tea Partiers have declared themselves to be NEUTRAL in the contest between McCain and Hayworth. That Palin was trying to co-opt some local Tea Party members to vote for McCain is part and parcel of her endorsement for him. What do you expect her to do-say that McCain is anti-Tea Party and doesn’t want their votes.

C’mon man. This is politics. Palin did nothing wrong. Remember Tea Partiers are human beings; they don’t have to listen to Palin’s pleas to vote for the maverick. Instead many of them will vote for Hayworth.

I agree with you. I have one question for these people who are “Outraged” that Sarah is campaigning for McCain..in 2008, when she not only accepted his offer to run for VP but said it was an honor and a privileged to do so, was she a RINO then or is she just a RINO now

A guest worker program would be rational, reasonable, depending on the details, compared to blanket amnesty.

You need to relax. We know McCain. We know Sarah. Sarah will come out of this with the better results for conservatives than McCain will for his nuttier causes.

IT isn’t true that only YOU know what’s happening. Of course he’s in campaign mode. EVERYONE CAN SEE THAT.

Proves nothing about the ultimate outcome.

Stop ranting at us.

And to be fair about the criticism of Palin’s endorsement of McCain, why is there no criticism of Romney’s endorsement of McCain? Could it be that many of the flamethrowers on Palin threads are Romneybots who have a vested interest to keep their boss above the fray.

And why is there no mention of Rush Limbaugh’s opinion that Romney’s endorsement of McCain would damage his 2012 chances irreparably, that Palin at least had a valid reason to back McCain’s play, but that Romney had no reason to endorse McCain except out of expediency.

Agreed, any guerilla dust getting kicked up on our side is an unwelcome distraction. We all need to work to get these tyrants out of office.
