My former wife insisted that every childhood compliant was addressed by a doctor. To my mind, lots of unnecessary visits.
My former wife had hospitalization for gallstones that was complicated (mainly by doctors mistakes). Otherwise, an economical user of health care services - and still in quite good health.
Me, I avoid seeing doctors, so will probably die abruptly from some disease that they could otherwise be cured at great expense. Ha.
Quite simply, you are correct.
Unfortunately, or fortunately there are guys holding out against socialized medicine who are in districts that are 2 to 1 socialist.
Stupak is one of them. John "Red" Conyers old district. I dare say he has to use the abortion gimmick because he won 213,174 to 107,319.

and I actually read soemthing from the CBO reagrding this on CNS news I really got disacouraged. I know some people think 1ooK sounds like alot of money but frankly it is not
and lets face it about 30% is eaten away by taxes so you really are only left with 75K and with expenses like mortgage,utilities,food there is not much left over. Oh and did I forget property taxes,car insurance. I really do not know what my family will do. The only solice I have is that if this thing passes I already know I am going to get screwed but there are going to be democrats and independants alike who make the same salary as my family that are going to get screwed as well and at least I saw it coming but those who refused to hear the truth will be hit between the eays with reality at least I have a little time to work through the anguish. Funny, the group Obama is targeting to pay “their fair share” is the group that spends the LEAST amount of money on healthcare. It really has something to do with the fact that those who end up wealthy have a history of making good, sound decisions. Those who have a long history of poor decision making end up poor and in bad health—and rack up big healthcare bills.
I’m pretty sure that my employer won’t go for any of this and will cut us all loose when push comes to shove.
Got a letter with my paycheck stub this week, showing us how much he forks out to match our 401K and how much he pays in premiums for our health insurance.
He’s ticked. And I don’t blame him one bit.
Do you run a business and offer health care to employees? You must not or you would know this is the benefit you get with employer payed health care. This is part of the problem. Employeers (maybe me) will be dropping our coverage for employees (we have 32) and letting the taxpayer (you and me) pick up the cost. It will be much cheaper to pay any fine. That is the Obama plan. I do not in any way support this terrible take over. But most people are ignorant of the cost of health care insurance. People are used to not paying for their care and have NO idea of the cost. That is a hugh part of the problem. Obama is making this worse. I have patients that complain that they have to pay a 10.00 co pay for a vist or for the medications. They have NO idea of the benefit they have been receiving and gripe and gripe that they have to pay a dime.
Except The Med in Memphis, it gets a big infusion of cash, only public hospital giving out FREE health care to illegals.

When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!

At the first number below you must wait through a tape recording urging you to tell your Rep or Senator to vote “yes” for the health care bill. Just hang on and when the recording is over, you will get the Capitol operator. Just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Then you will either talk to an aid or have the chance to leave a message for him/her to vote NO on the health care bill.
When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!

It's not just age and sex discrimination..it's also racial when you consider that more minorities opt for the "living off the womens" strategy.
OUR healthcare went up to over $20K this year for my husband and myself - and we are in good health! We had to downgrade to a catastrophic policy - no way we could afford that! Something is really scary about all this!
