Any perks for the Taliban or Al Qaeda? How about Hamas? Maybe a statue dedicated to praising Hitler.

I’ll read it when Donna Brazile becomes governor of Louisiana. LMAO.

That’s how I understand it. They could have passed the senate bill verbatim, but changes have to go back to the senate. I think...

Did the Senate Bill include student loan takeover? If it did not then this is NOT the same Bill. No bill can become law unless both Houses pass the exact same legislation.

Thirty-two-thousand pages? I took that many pages for Big Government to replace what free enterprise does ten times better. Sure, today’s health insurance industry is not perfect. However, it would not have to pay for such expensive medical care if something as simple as tort reform were written in legislation that would only take ten pages. Because of the ambulance chaser lawsuit lawyers (John Edwards for example) getting rich on every failure, the cost of medical care would not be so out of control. However, every single medical device, every single product brought into the medical system must build into its cost, the cost of liability insurance.
It is time we stop the injustice of excessive damage claims. They are another lottery jackpot where the recipient (winner) gets a free ride through life for an error from an imperfect system. There is nothing perfect in this world. Just ask Toyota.

I don't think this is the FINAL reconcilliation bill. Per Congressman Ryan on Thursday.
In a phone interview with TAS Thursday afternoon, Ryan said that he expects Democrats to begin the complex process on Monday, under which they would have the Budget Committee approve a phantom bill by midnight, which they will then send over to the Rules Committee. At that point, the Rules Committee will strip out all of the language in the phantom bill, and insert the changes to the Senate bill that Democrats have negotiated. ....
He said he expected Democrats to dust off last year's health care bills from the Education and Labor and Ways and Means Committees, to use as the vehicle for reconciliation changes.
