An American Dictatorship by 2012
U.S. of Earth ^ | March 14, 2010 | Susan Oglevy

A short video by Bob Basso as Paine. The article is simply about America and what looks like the last days of the Republic as is. I am optimistic though since we are all rising up now and educating our brothers and sisters. From the Tea Party Movement to the 9-12ers, the left is on the run. No matter how many bills they try to force on us.

Even if I have to stand alone and be demonized for it.

So be it...

It’s only the last days of the Republic if enough people let be; or try the coward’s way out...secession. It may require a fight to reestablish the Constitution and the Republic.

““Starve the Monkeys Who Eat Away At Your Life
An Individualist’s Guide to Fighting Modern Progressives”
By Tom Baugh

http://www.starvingthemonkeys.com/index.html";

While his concepts and strategy for evading the government in trying to look like what he calls the “monkeys” is effective at least until the government is forced to refocus, and thus should be encouraged.

I don’t think his solution is at all ideal. A significant share of the so called “monkeys” have more virtues then he gives them credit for. and while even the virtuous “monkeys” combined with the producers may not be enough in a democracy to restore and preserve liberty, we may be able to maneuver ourselves into such a position of restoring our system where we may be able to uses Federalism to restore our rights thou competitive interstate immigration.

This plan too faces a long term risk of the “monkeys” non-vitruest discovering such and taking such actions as to prevent the escape of their enslaved “providers”. But once again if we remainder our selfs first into a position where the states have the means and motive to defend their wealth solverinty and position with practical tools which such useless monkeys cant overcome then we can win that battle too.

The solution to our problem is not simply evasion, thou evasion is a crucial element, but the reestablishment of our competitive interstate system which enables and protects our ability to evade.

Otherwise as I said before, the temporarily efforts to evade the tax code as to make one self look as much like one of the “monkeys” as possible, are just temporary, until such time as the government figures out how to discriminate. (not very hard to do as its simply a matter of picking out the productive.)

We must redevelop our basic tools to protect ourselves and our equal rights, on a different physical level, we cant hide from them forever.

Restoring Federalism IE “State’s rights” for the United States is probably the most ideal way to do that given our position. Our States are a preexisting and established tool primely for this propose, they have the resouces and we have the history to back it.

We can apeal to nationalism and Americanism among the viturous “monkeys” while helping to alleviate their short term fears with the knowledge that their state will be able to still be used at such a level.

But the long term victory of the individual in his or her ability to vote with their feet among the States is for the individual, us against the collectivist exploiter.

This is a battle field we can win on in the United States and one that will provide us with a platform upon which we can provide a far more permanent competitive check on the “monkeys” tyranny of the majority.

The dictatorship is a dictatorship by committee. It is here now. Make no mistake about it. War has been declared on the American people. Politicians are not listening to us anymore. The federal agencies are running this country and the federal judges have thrown out our Constitution. We are under mob rule and there are no laws of the land - only what the judges rule or federal agencies rule. Tipping point - hell fire, we are way beyond that and the next sound you hear will be the crash of destruction of the USA completed. Congress is going to say healthcare is passed without even a vote on it’s final version.

Theory:
If the Slaughter Rule flies ...
... then the House Rules Committee can enact a rule declaring that if the House passes must-pass bill X, the House “deems” all future Senate bills passed. X passes, House concedes all power to Senate.

Not too different from the process where the German parliament abdicated power in the early 1930s.
