If we only have 2,200 warheads today, then Bush cut about 2/3rds of our arsenal. We had about 6,500 warheads when he was sworn in.

This isn’t just one party unraveling our nation. They both are.

When I first read it, I hoped “reductions” referred to size and weight of deployable weapons.
