Ping to #80.
Thank you for the ping, FRiend. Not all conservatives are teflon yet?
Ping to post 80.
I’ll never understand why people don’t show up and vote. Brave men died face down in the mud and all we have to do is spend thirty minutes driving to the local polling place.
24% turnout. They say that’s high for a special election.

The margin is now unofficially 37 votes.
That article is disgusting. It opens with the typical “former Republican” story.
“Springfield resident Charlie Wilson spent 30 years in the Navy and used to voted for Republicans. But he has become dissatisfied with the direction of the political party and, much to the satisfaction of his left-leaning wife, now votes for Democrats.”
Chuck and the shrew he married can rot, if they actually exist.
I never trust those dissatisfied Republican stories, either. I think the name for them is Greg Packer, or something like that. I guess there will be a rematch between these two in the fall.

Amusing, the guy really loves talking to the press.
“Although he always gives his real name, he has admitted to making things up to get into the paper”
That’s so funny.
