Obama announced that he is in the process of writing the legislation that the Dems in the Senate can pass via the reconciliation process by a simple majority of 51 votes. The announcement came in a speech at a Dem fundraiser in Denver for Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO).

He will never get it to the floor without Pelosi/Reid and a majority of Dems in both houses. Who wants to put his head on the block for Obama right now? It's likely to end your career in the House/Senate unless you're in a safe district, and those are getting scarce lately.
If we can keep the 'Pubs in line, Obama will be unlikely to get even a simple majority of Dems to vote for Obamacare.

Barry knows, as do Reid, Pelosi, and the MSM, that every single line in a "reconciliation" bill is subject to a Point of Order as to its relevance as a budget item on the Senate floor. Each point of order require 60 votes to pass.
This bill would make Swiss cheese look solid by the time it was passed. They all know it.
All this “Bill” is is the one from the conference committee.
