Mangum set clothing on fire in the bathroom tub, police reported. Three children and the two adults were evacuated from the apartment.
Police charged Mangum with five counts of arson, simple assault; identity theft; communicating threats; damage to property; resisting, delay and obstruction; and three counts of child endangerment.
Anyone with information should contact Officer H. Thompson at 560-4415 Ext. 29297 or Crime Stoppers at 683-1200. The incident is still under investigation,
I'll ping her Texas Sales Rep. to see if he can answer the question.
Give the girl a Harvard scholarship!
Her defense is forming right now: the mental and physical horror she went through at the hands of the Duke boys, injured her so badly that this is the result. She got PTSD when she and Milton were arguing. She let her anger out at boyfriend mistaking him for the Duke boys.
Duke Lacrosse Accuser Charged With Attempted Murder, Assault

FOX NEWS
DURHAM, N.C. North Carolina police responding to a domestic violence call have arrested the woman who falsely accused three Duke University lacrosse players of rape.
WRAL-TV reported 33-year-old Crystal Gale Mangum was arrested late Wednesday on charges she assaulted her boyfriend.
Durham County jail records indicate Mangum is charged with attempted murder, arson, assault and battery, identity theft, communicating threats, damage to property, resisting an officer and child endangerment.
“Four years ago prosecutor Michael Nifong’s political aspirations came to an abrupt halt for prosecuting the three Duke lacrosse players. And now Martha Coakley has lost her bid for the United States Senate.
Prosecuting innocent men for crimes they didn’t commit is no longer the sure-fire formula to electoral success it once appeared to be. ESR”

“And who can forget when, in 2006, three members of the Duke University lacrosse team were indicted on charges of rape, sexual assault, and kidnapping by district attorney Michael Nifong? In the first week of his investigation, Nifong made inflammatory remarks to the press, claiming he was certain a rape had occurred and calling the lacrosse players hooligans who were hiding behind a wall of silence.
When he discovered that evidence didnt quite match up, Nifong deliberately withheld exculpatory DNA evidence from the defense and misled the court as to its existence, at a time when he was up for reelection in a hotly contested race. Fifteen months later the students were exonerated and Nifong was removed from his post and disbarred for his misconduct.”

What did I do to deserve that? What did any of us do to deserve that?
Mike Nifong at his new job
The sad part is her consort and her children have to pay the price. She'll just go on — business as usual. Sad, sad, sad.
Right here...This is why I NEVER joined a frat. The simple fear that my frat brothers would gather up some cash a pay something that looks like this to stip at the frat house.
She needs her own reality show.
Just for the record it wasn’t a frat party.
Isn’t she just a peach?!?!
I stand corrected.
I would think she probably got a big cash payday from Duke University over her false allegations, I’d like to know how much she made off of that whole charade. Maybe she’s spent all the money already and is back to life in the gutter. Or maybe her new gig is arson for profit?

Her bond was set at $1 million. Mangum has been appointed a public defender and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 22.
Michael Savage labled her as the “Durham Dirtbag” I think that says it all.
Looks about right...
Sounds like her life is on track. We can only presume this latest incident was whitey’s fault.
Most likely will be guest on Oprah soon.
