This guy has been operating increasingly from this position and by doing so, has hamstrung himself and his agenda ....
While many have speculated that an official declaration of Obama’s ineligibility may lead to the appointment of Joe Biden as President, the speculation is inaccurate. Since it was up to the respective political party to properly vet their candidate before a primary election, they may not qualify to be rewarded for their lack of integrity. Additionally there is no separate balloting for President and Vice-President; they share the same slot. Obama’s ineligibility would effectively void the entire Obama-Biden ticket.

Oh and just for giggles it would be decided by the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court may decide a new election is in order and would have to waive the two-term limitations of George W. Bush so that he can remain in office until the conclusion of the election. The continuation of his term is a viable course of action,

Plouffe’s fingerprints are all over this. It’s obvious (to me) that one of his first pieces of advice was to directly confront the undercurrents that have been working against the Usurper, to wit:
“I am not an ideologue”
“The health care agenda is not communist or socialist”
“Question my policies, not my citizenship”
I also believe that it was Plouffe’s strategy to announce that the terrorist trial would not be held in NYC.
there is more that i mentioned somewhere else, but this is a partial list of the changes made under Plouffe’s guidance.
This is a big issue on so many points. As Americans we expect everyone to follow the rules (we are a nation of laws, not of men). We are expected to follow the laws of our country and depending on who you are, we get hammered for not following the laws. Try tangling with the IRS. So here we have a guy in the White house who has concealed all his records from his adult life. We are expressing a collective “WHAT THE HELL?”. All his records are important, but the birth certificate would answer the question of whether he was born on two American citizens. Since he uses the name of barak obama jr, that implies that his daddy was barak obama sr, a Kenyan, a subject of Great Britian. His refusal to settle the issue is why so many people won’t let this go. It would be a simple fix, but he continues to keep all his adult life records secret. We pay taxes that keep him in his lifestyle of the rich and famous and deserve to know if he is the legitimate president or not. We are not subjects, we are the ones who grant authority to the president. If he is not legitimate, then let’s clean up the mess and get on with life. If he is ligitimate, then prove it. But he refuses to prove his actual citizenship and keep his lawyers on retainer to keep all his records secret. The fire keeps on going and he keeps stoking the coals.

0bama saying anything regarding his religion or birth doesn’t dismiss the matter, it heightens it. Why?
Only one reason I can discern, he is attempting to set the stage for his downfall. Contrary to what many here might say, 0bama must not be permitted to resign. The entire matter must be investigated in order to remove the corrupted leadership.
I agree 100%. However, I believe far more than the DNC will fall. Every congressman, 50 state attorneys general, federal judges, etc. will be guilty of, at best, dereliction of duty, and possibly conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and even treason.
Congress inquired about McCain's eligibility; they also knew of the concerns about 0’s status, but did nothing. No congressman has formally requested certification of his eligibility.
The attorneys general are sworn to uphold the laws of the states and certify candidates in elections and the results. They played deaf and dumb.
The various judges (including the SCOTUS) that have refused to hear cases concerning his eligibility; bending over backwards to find some technical error to excuse themselves. Pure cowardice!
Just ONE of these aforementioned individuals could have prevented this! It's really amazing that there isn't a SINGLE person in our government today with a spine!
(Washington, Franklin, Jefferson, et al are certainly disgusted.)
The chain is broken if 0bama is ineligible. President Bush/Cheney would return to office.
It’s good odds that Obama’s eligibility issue will become publicly exposed. It’s all a matter of when.
Might be the very needed “reset.”
