And though they were all supposedly born at Kapiolani Hospital, the twins’ certificates didn’t get to the DOH until 3 days later (during the work week; Obama’s on Tuesday and Nordykes’ on Friday). There are multiple sets of twins in the August 1961 birth announcements and their births are announced no later than single births from the same day.

Why was Obama’s sent in 3 days earlier than Nordykes’ when it would have been sitting in the same batch on Monday morning when the office worker walked in to process them?

I see that the local registrar who signed the BC is a military person. Do you know if the hospital is on base, or if it has most government functions done on base rather than the military folks having to go to city or state offices?

It appears to be on post, but it may be in an "open access" area. Overhead photos appear that it may be. But fences are hard to see sometimes, so it might be limite access. It does have a maternity ward, as does Darnall at Ft. Hood. OTOH, the Air Force base hospital where I was stationed did not, and my older daughter was born in the local city hospital, with a civilian private practice doctor in attendance.

Many Army posts were open access, with just a few areas having controlled access, until after 9-11. Ft. Hood was like that I'm told. I myself made wrong turn in Junction City Kansas, and ended up on Ft. Riley, one dark and snowy night during Desert Shield, but before The Storm hit. place was nearly deserted anyway, even the Gaurd and reserve troops who were working up for deployment were on Christmas leave. It was colder than a well diggers ash too.

As I understand it, the clerks at the post/base hospital fill out the same forms as the clerks in local civilian hospitals. The doctor and registrar sign them, and they are delivered to the state or county registrar as appropriate for the jurisdiction. The parents would not have to hand deliver the paperwork to the state or county offices.

Bill is going to feel like a complete idiot in a few months. You can take that to the bank.

How would BOR get a invite to White House partys if he questions the birthcertificate?

I wonder if every hospital had what was considered a local registrar. The state registrar had the ability to basically deputize people to be registrars. But they must have had to give the certificates or information to the county office of vital statistics sometime. My understanding is that happens before it gets sent to the state registrar.

I have no idea where you came up with “practical joke” out of what I wrote.

This is hardball politics played by Chicago thugs, and the best strategy for dealing with an opponent who is arguing among themselves is to do nothing and let it happen, or maybe toss out some “misinformation” to keep it going.

Forging a document and posting it online is going a bit far to be called “misinformation”. Throw in the illegal activities in Hawaii, the extortion of media heads, and the certificate numbers that don’t match up and it looks like a bit more than just a disinformation campaign to keep his opponents divided. Please look at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/ This is a very tangled web he’s woven if it’s just disinformation; the bureaucrats in Hawaii could be facing jail-time for this mess, as could Obama himself if we can ever get our law enforcement to do what they’re paid salaries to do.

Bill is a prostitute for Obama, he is on a quest to get an interview with him to boost his ratings.

I think Bill’s numbers will soon start to show a decline over his treatment of Obama.

Didn’t BOR have an affair like John Edwards???

BOR did have a sexual harassment suit brought against him by a disgruntled, or perhaps disappointed employee.
I would side with BOR in this case, because it is well known among Papists that The Marist Brothers, who bravely attempted to educate BOR, to little apparent effect, do not normally permit their students or alumni to have sexual relations with other humans. Probably a wise policy.

There is a Mrs. BOR, so one would imagine that perhaps some sort of Papal Dispensation was arranged. However, Mrs. BOR is as closely guarded as Obama's BC, so there is little likelihood that either will ever be seen in public.

From your link, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”

Sounds more like a preemptive of cya for when the fan gets hits.

The “fraudulent document” charge has never been defended in a court of law by high-priced Democratic Party lawyers and legal scholars.

Marsha Clark had way more real evidence than Orly Taitz has, and we know how that turned out.

Henry Hyde had a Congress full of lawyers, and once again, real evidence of genuine criminal conduct, and Bill Clinton served 2 full terms and is considered by some in the democratic party to be an elder statesman.

The remedy for this ultimately would have to be political, and the backfire potential is huge.

What newspapers? What are the dates? If the so-called birth announcements were within a week or two of obama’s birth, BOR might have something there.

Where have you been for the past two years? The announcement is in the papers, or rather on the microfilm copy of two HI papers. Of course neither says he was born anywhere on the island, Mars, or Kenya. An announcement doesn't prove beans. Anyone can call in an announcement and have it put in whatever paper they wish. My birth announcement was placed in who knows how many papers in half a dozen states. It was a way of letting relatives and friends know. That was the practice in those days. It also begs the question why the wedding and birth announcements weren't placed in a Seattle paper since the Dunhams should still have had many friends back there.

Yeah but when Obama and his mother became Indonesian citizens (for a few years) did they ever re-apply to become American citizens again?.. Phooey on the birth certificate...

Not to mention he's British through papa. There are so many ways that he's NOT eligible it's mind boggling how the msm can't admit it.

Puhleeze. I am heading out now to renew my VA drivers license that expired 3 months ago after having had VA licenses for more than 40 years.

Here’s what I have to bring:

birth certificate (with raised seal)
marriage certificate (with raised seal)
Social Security card (as originally issued)
Social Security card (with name change apres marriage)
Medicare card
Voter registration card showing address
Lease or mortgage documents
any utility bill from the past 2 months showing address

I am kicking myself for not running for POTUS.

liar yells loudest just before he is caught.

Hope you caught the prayer breakfast this morning. Between saying "God" as many times as he usually says "I" (I have a bracelet, uh, god, too!!! - disgusting), he made a swipe at Birthers about questioning his faith and bc. He's just like a junior high cheerleader who is all into her/himself. Every time the truth brings him down a notch, he has to slap down everyone else just to bring himself back up.
