Remember a few days ago when one of the obamanoids posted the claimed Twins’ paper announcements, and they were a week later that Barry’s, supposedly? And remeber what Beck keeps harping, that the Alinsky method is to divert attention onto a faux issue? And remeber how the obamanoids have been claiming the newspaper entries are so reliable because they are ‘only from the department to the newspapers’? ... So, Barry’s birth number is higher than the twins’ numbers yet they were born after him by seven hours, supposedly, and now we’re told their depat. generated announcement is a week later than the one claimed for Barry. And Beck and O’Ratly swallow that koolaid like it is fine wine ... because they want to believe the lie so they will believe the lie reagrdless of the inconsistencies. Lest we forget, Beck also has swallowed Mormonism hook line and sinker, and it is even more convoluted and fabricated than the lies undergirding Barry Soetoro’s faux life.
Yes, a new (supplementary) birth certificate would be made and the original would be sealed.
But Hawaii says the index data they have for him is as Barack Hussein Obama II. So if he was ever adopted by Lolo in Hawaii he either didn’t change his name or else he became unadopted when the divorce was finalized. Hawaii allows unadoption, in which case the original birth certificate is unsealed and the supplementary birth certificate is sealed.
I don’t know if that process involves what would be called a legal name change. The lt. governor’s office processes and stores legal name change records and apostilles and says they have neither for Obama.
If Obama was adopted by Soetoro it was most likely done in Indonesia without necessarily updating the records in Hawaii.
Beck is fallable, but that doesn’t mean the tremendous work he’s doing to expose the agenda of the progressives/fascists democrats and a few Pubbies shoudl be thrown out with the bath water ... but it sure is starting to smell bad don’tchaknow.
There’s a LOT that doesn’t add up.
But we have to remember that Fox and every other media outlet had the crap threatened out of them by Obama’s lawyers - once before and once after the election - on one issue only: Obama’s eligibility problem.
That’s what’s really going on. Beck and O’Reilly are making sure Obama’s henchmen know they’re trying really hard to obey orders.
If you were Obama and had a legitimate birth certificate, would you keep quiet and watch from the sidelines as the conservatives fracture over this issue, or would you prove beyond any doubt that you are legally a citizen and see your political opponents re-unite to fight against your agenda.
What it tells me is that we better not be putting all our eggs in the Fox basket. They are owned by a Saudi and we can’t count on them.
Remember back when the NRA wanted to run an ad before the election and Obama’s lawyers sent a letter to media outlets threatening them with lawsuits if they even allowed the ad to run? Fox was the company that refused to let the NRA run a clip from one of their news shows - even though fair use would have allowed it.
Fox is the best option right now but they are not trustworthy. I’d really, really like it if Rush Limbaugh started a media company that does news, to give Fox a run for its money. That may be what Breitbart is working on. We have to have competition in order to keep ANYBODY honest - including Fox.
If you were Obama and had a legitimate birth certificate, would you post a forgery online, have your lawyers threaten the snot out of media companies if they reported on the birth certificate issue, and stand by while the DOH broke laws in order to try to make the issue go away?

Also, if you had a legitimate birth certificate, then how would you get the DOH some 40+ years ago to give you and the Nordyke twins certificate numbers in the wrong order?

So?...Obama is playing a practical joke on conservatives and using federal courts, judges, and DOJ attorneys while terrorists are plotting to blow up a jet on Christmas and kill U.S. military on their base.

They won’t be amused and it will deepen their concern that he just hasn’t produced some very basic documents.
They didn't. None of the announcements have the child's name, just "son" or "daughter", and since the BC does not indicate if the parents were married, how would the newspaper know? Nonetheless, they presumed they were. All were of the format "Mr. & Mrs. Bernard H. O'dell, a daughter, Aug. X".
I see that the local registrar who signed the BC is a military person. Do you know if the hospital is on base, or if it has most government functions done on base rather than the military folks having to go to city or state offices?
My sister had quite a few kids while her husband was a naval officer; she might be able to help me understand how the bases work with civilian government functions. But if anybody has any insights on how they did this in Hawaii it could be helpful. Thanks!
As of 1980 the DOH did make up lists to send to the newspapers. It wasn’t required in their Administrative Rules until 1976. Whether they sent lists to the newspapers before that I don’t know. There’s nothing in the public record about it.
More like 19 hours. He was supposedly born 7:24 PM, while they were born at 2:12 and 2:17 PM the next day.

I think he was born years earlier and therefore not a citizen.
