The White House has confirmed that President Barack Obama will visit Colorado in February to attend an event with U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet.

Bennet faces former Colorado House Speaker Andrew Romanoff in the primary. Former Colorado Lt. Gov. Jane Norton and Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck are among at least a half dozen Republican candidates.

My guess is that House Speaker Andrew Romanoff arranged for 0bama to visit. Bennet should call Jim Martin of GA, Deeds of Virginia, Corzine of NJ, and Coakley of MA to see what 0bama was able to do for them.
