Anybody Request Help from Hawaii OIP?

Has anybody here asked the Office of Information Practices in Hawaii for assistance in getting information from the Department of Health since June of 2008?

We're doing some research and just need to know if requests were made. You can post here or to me privately.

It might be helpful for us to know how many separate requests you made to the OIP. Were they all summed up by the letter from Joesting?

When they sent me your request for help they only included the last e-mail you sent to them before their response. When was the earliest point you considered yourself as having asked for assistance from the OIP? I think they may be distinguishing between formal requests for assistance and just somebody e-mailing with a question.

This is another question for just anybody: Does anybody know who would audit the logs for vital statistics electronic data? There’s a World Net Daily article http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=122427 talking about how easily a vital record in electronic format can be falsified. An expert talked about how government agencies often slack off on having the records logs audited - which is the only way of knowing what action was taken on an electronic file. It’s precisely what is needed in Obama’s case, since an amended BC should have some kind of a flag on it which would cause a note to be printed on a COLB.

If anybody knows who would do that kind of audit and how a person can find out information about it, I’d appreciate hearing from you.

Let me dig up everything I gave Leo. There will be repeats because of the email exchanges, but as I recall, it amounted to a couple hundred pages.=)

And btw, there were a few exchanges where I had to send them description of the function of their agency to get help.

It always seemed like the clerk would try to avoid helping route my emails to the lawyers for advice.

Does it make you angry when you think of all the time you had to invest just because some bureaucrats didn’t want to do your job?

Laura Ingraham was talking about the amount of time that kids spend with electronics. I know my kids would spend a lot more time off electronics if I was available to spend time with them. Average people are not supposed to have to be lawyers, cops, and reporters as well as everything else they’re normally doing. But that’s where we’re at right now. We’re paying people to do stuff that they refuse to do so we have to spend all our own private time trying to force them to do the job we’re paying them to do.

Can you tell I’m frustrated? lol. The thing of it is that regardless of what anybody thinks about the eligibility issue, the fact that normal people have to halt their own lives in order to cover for a dysfunctional media and law enforcement should be reason enough for people to want to take the bull by the horns and expose the malpractice being done so we can fix it and get back to raising our families.

Yes, it makes me angry. My reasoning for getting involved to begin with was closure for people who were being ridiculed, so that we could all move forward on the issue.

To think that we have a president that lacks the simplest courtesy to the people he claims to lead is pathetic. The democrats have hit rock bottom on standards.

Is anyone else besides me curious about the possible ulterior motives of Congressman Neil Abercrombie, long-time Obama friend from Hawaii, who is now running for governor there? Has he been commissioned to guard the fort?

We don’t need to know your name. Just knowing the date any requests were sent in would be plenty information. We just need to know how many requests they received.

I understand the hesitancy. I’ve deleted all identifying information from my own e-mails linked to by the articles at www.butterdezillion.wordpress.com . I assure you the only information I want to get to Eric Holder is the location of the jail cell he should be staying in for a long time - as should all his henchmen and everyone else covering for Obama. We can’t hand over this nation to be void of law enforcement. That’s what this is about, as far as I’m concerned.
