Her name, we think, is Ellie Light, or maybe that's a composite. Claiming to be a local resident, Ellie has been writing letters to editors all over the world defending President Obama against his critics.
In nearly-identical letters to scores of publications, Light writes in defense of the president. Since news of her serial letter-writing campaign surfaced in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, one sleuth has tracked 70 sightings of Ellie Light letters. (She did not make the Los Angeles Times).
This one ran in Ohio's Chillicothe Gazette, a template for the others: "Today, the president is being attacked as if he were a salesman who promised us that our problems would wash off in the morning,. He never made such a promise. It's time for Americans to realize governing is hard work and that a president can't just wave a magic wand and fix everything."
Conservative bloggers are having a field day, calling Light part of an Astroturf campaign to artificially prop up the president's standing. Some think Light is actually First Lady Michelle Obama or National Security Council aide Samantha Power.

Still no comment on IP address.
is there something new about the IP address? Did I mis something?
What are the odds that 70 different newspapers recieved letters and decided that Ellie Light was worth publishing?
I think they were all given the letters and told to run it, on marching orders from the white house or democrap party, proving they are nothing more than the propogandists we all suspected they ae.
Valerie Jarret?
Desiree Rogers?
Cass Sunstein psy-ops.
Slo news day at the times and he still missed most of the story.
The probability the story was mass mailed using the DNC websites software ought to have been mentioned...

This is a good start. Now we need to get Debra Saunders at the Frisco Chronicle to write a piece on it. I have twice asked a editor at the Times-Standard to look into the hoax as his parent company, Media News Corp had at least 7 of their papers carry the letter and that’s just the name Ellie Light and many other names have been discovered ..
Or independent.
Johanna Neuman is the author, not Andrew Malcolm.
If you say the name fast it comes our Elite. Sorry that is no coincidence. This is the “Elite” speaking to the little people.
I read that there is another “Ellie Light” named “Mark SPIVEY”
Oops. Any relations to Alfred E.?
I wonder if she ever wrote letters for Bush?
Does Mr. Malcom explain why all these newspapers have chosen to publish Ellie Light’s letters to the editor? Do the newspapers in question all have a template that says “must publish any letter defending the Great O’Savior!”
YOU TOO CAN BE ELLIE LIGHT! just click on the link and fill in the blanks compliments of the Obama Nazi party.

Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama
michELLE LAVA LAMP!!!!!!
SOLVED!!! lol!
Beck just covered Ellie on his program.
Yes!!! I agree, and I have been using this same ‘argument.’
Ever write a letter to the Editor of your local paper and get it published? I have. But only twice. Over maybe 16 years. Yet, ‘Ellie’ writes the same letter to (at last count) over 70 papers...and they ALL get published?
Something smells here.
It certainly wasn’t Michelin Obama.
She doesn’t write that well.
Here is a very large list of letters found so far.. note that at the time I’m posting this on FR, the original post at Patterico is not being updated as fast as new newspapers are being found and posted in the comments section.
