Former chief United Nations weapons inspector Scott Ritter was arrested in a Pennsylvania sex sting in November on a litany of charges involving a lewd Internet conversation with a person he thought was a 15-year-old girl.
Ritter, 47, allegedly masturbated in front of a Web camera while he was engaged in conversation in an Internet chat room with an undercover cop posing as the teenage girl.
The chief U.N. weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991-98, Ritter is accused of contacting the "girl" while using the handle "delmarm4fun" last February.
Ritter, of Delmar, N.Y., allegedly told the girl, "Emily," that he was a 44-year-old man from Albany, N.Y., according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Ritter was once a decent guy until he joined the liberals and progs in order to be accepted for his new alternative lifestyle.

Makes you wonder what percentage of decisions on the political scene are forced on the basis of blackmail. (Birth certificate, natural born citizenship, Chicago politics, FBI filegate, healthcare votes, etc.)
Who knows - maybe dems will put him in charge of education - - they'll "call off" the usual FBI check... wouldn't be the first time.
More like 7 years younger.

Delmar is a suburb of Albany NY. This is the THIRD accusation against Ritter. He was let go on first two arrests (stings by the State Police, I think) BUT the records were sealed and no reason was ever given.
Wait till Holder gets a hold of those FBI sting people, he will teach them a lesson.

This isn’t the first time. He was nicknamed “The Burger King” after he got caught trying to meet a minor for sex at a fast food restaurant.

This has to be in violation of any parole he got.
Norah Murphy said Ritter was arrested in the upstate New York town of Colonie in June 2001, but she would not respond to allegations that he was charged with soliciting an underage girl on the Internet. Ritter lives in the Albany, N.Y., suburb of Delmar...The news director said the 16-year-old girl had been lured by Ritter to meet him at the Burger King restaurant in Menands, N.Y., in order "to have her watch him have sex with himself."..."You know we've all wondered," added Limbaugh, "why it is that Scott Ritter has done a 180 on what he originally saw as a weapons inspector and then the last couple years, it's like 'Nah, the Iraqis don't even have the capability to make a thumbtack, much less a chemical weapon.'"
There was speculation at the time that he changed his story because the Iraqis possibly held compromising photo/video evidence.
