We could use a conservative president to smash the corrupt courts in the mouth now and again.

That pic looks fake to me. Inscriptions look to me like a magic marker being used on a blown up photo.

It's in Attica, Kansas. Google a partial quote from the inscription.

The tombstone and the inscription are real. The letters have been highlighted for readability.

I have seen this tombstone. It’s in Attica, Kansas. It’s quite genuine.
The letters aren’t painted on, as a couple of responses have implied. If you look closely, especially on the part with the decedent’s name and stats, you will see that the letters were first engraved, then colored (I know not how, or whether the pigment has been from time to time refreshed).

Yes I agree with Grigsby.
As I understand Grigsby, most of the ill that has fallen upon this country in the past 100 years has been on account of the policies of the modern Democratic Party. From the creation of the vulgar welfare state to the madness of the 1965 Immigration & Reform Act, it's been this party that has induced so much suffering on our Republic.
Oh how I despise the Democrat party. They have caused so much pain and suffering. What I cannot decide is are they stupid or evil or more like the combination of both.

It appears they are refreshed-- or that it was redone specifically for the photos in the OP.
(Another photo from another source)
It is my recollection that when I saw it in 1995 the letters were darkened. This may be a brain-fart on my part.

Posters on Snopes try to make the point that Republicans now are like the Democrats were then. What a bunch of morons. They may not be the clan, but they are the party of Lenin and Stalin.

My favorite quote...
Every Rebel guerrilla and jayhawker, every man who ran to Canada to avoid the draft, every bounty-hunter, every deserter, every cowardly sneak that ran from danger and disgraced his flag, every man who loves slavery and hates liberty,... and every villain, of whatever name or crime, who loves power more than justice, slavery more than freedom, is a Democrat. - James A. Garfield, 1866

...magic ink that lasts at least 119 years!
Or (just maybe) it's been inked more recently?
Try not to overlook the obvious while you're being overly-cynical...

Agreed. And in those days, acts of treason meant something and came with consequences.
