If American survives till then, by the end of 2010 his approval ratings will be in the range of Congress...pushing single digits.

No, I am not going to ask mods to remove the post. Let me be more clear:
Rasmussen has in the text “forty-three percent” whereas his graphic shows “46%”....
I am merely telling readers that my re-creation is an exact duplicate of the Rasmussen post. :)

It’s getting to the point where a massive terrorist attack would really help his poll numbers. Watch out folks, a wounded animal is always a dangerous animal.

Seventy-four percent (74%) of Republicans Strongly Disapprove as do 52% of unaffiliated voters. Forty-seven percent (47%) of Democrats Strongly Approve.
For the second straight days, the update shows the highest level of Strong Disapproval yet recorded for this President. That negative rating had never topped 42% before yesterday. However, it has risen dramatically since the Senate found 60 votes to move forward with the proposed health care reform legislation. Most voters (55%) oppose the health care legislation and senior citizens are even more likely than younger voters to dislike the plan.

No doubt.
Happy health care day.

Is this spike in strongly disapprove a result of the 1 am vote and the bribing of holdout Dems? If I understand right, this poll is based on a three day rolling average. I believe it reflects Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Hopefully -21bama will be -25bama, or lower, after tomorrow.

what is the worst one for Bush?
He was around -30 just before leaving office. Zero will be there before his first anniversary.

It may be a Rorschach kind of thing, but I had the same impression. ;)

Mark, and let's be clear about Gallup...doesn't Gallup, in an effort to keep the Idiot's numbers high, survey "adults"--not "voters" or "registered" or "likely" voters?
Seems to me I've heard "adults" can be any lamebrain who answers a phone--and always show higher numbers for a socialist than a survey of VOTERS.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

1st full day of Winter. This is the winter of our discontent, made glorious summer by yon son of Rasmussen. Now turns the sun north in his course to e'er greater heights. (Apologies to WS.)
To: SoFloFreeper
Cool, thanks for clarifying. I should have read the original thread before I posted - obviously the "forty-three" is in error, not "46%".
Merry Christmas.

I don't think Obama will even try to run for a second term.
Oh, he will, and like Carter, will face some serious challengers in the primaries.

I NEVER expected that he would run for a second term. His ultimate goal is to be PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD! (this is not sarcasm, I am being completely serious)
