What we have here are two men, used to being the center of attention, in their respective circles. Neither has been used to hearing the word “NO” from anyone.
Neither has ever had any real responsibility and they are used to being adored for no reason other than they are “historic.” We now have a pair of “man-childs” in both the sporting world and the political world.
This is going to be something else to watch.
