Sorry I just had to post to say I love Dick Cheney. The 2000 and 2004 Republican ticket should have been the other way around. He is man with a backbone of steel and pair of brass ones.
He should have been President. Lynne Cheney woul of made a fine, classy and smart First Lady.
Only in my perfect world.
You are not alone.
I will NEVER forget VP Cheney during the run for the first term when he said “Help is on the way”. I rose up out of my chair and cheered. I knew the adults were on the way.
who knows.. maybe he will be our President sometime in the future.
His wife said she didn’t mind that the left called him Darth because it humanized him.
My heroes in order are Reagan, Cheney, W...
Me too.
Maybe it should have been Cheney and Rumsfeld, 2 tough, down to earth guys that were realistic about the way the world really is.
Greatest living American. IMHO
Me too. He and Lynn are the kind of folks I wish were my next door neighbors. Smartest man in the room. I’d love to talk with him over a beer or two. That’s just how he comes across. Low key...but amazingly sharp. Oh, how much I could learn from those two. He’s the one whose book I am waiting for. :-)
Yes, it would have been a perfect world; or, at least, a near-perfect one. My concern, however, is that Cheney wasn’t/isn’t electable because of the hatchet job the media has done on him. Witness Dan Quayle: they turned him into damaged goods (much as they’re trying to do to Palin). I saw Quayle on TV last week and he was absolutely terrific.
I’d die for Chaney.
I’d simply pee on the Kenyan Klod.
Ya, old Cheney sure has his act together; I luv to see lefties freak when his name comes up. They know they ain’t even close to having anybody as straight up as him either.
Missed it.....DAMMIT!!!
replay time? linky-dink to video???
anybody?....please!
I love, love, love, love Dick and Lynn Cheney.. I really wish the man had a heart as healthy as his mind.
No links yet, but Hannity reruns at midnight eastern (9:00 pm pacifc).
Part 2 of the interview is on tomorrow. Don’t miss it,
I worked with a project engineer all summer. the guy looks like, and acts like Dick Cheney.
serious as can be 90% of the time, all business, but a good guy to work with. But you could tell the days he had a “long lunch”....he was a hoot!
thanx!
thanx
