I got the same vibe. Perhaps “common sense principles” would be better. Common sense Conservatism is redundant. Compassionate Conservatism made me go “Uh Oh” and I was right.
I hope she picks a good running mate.

I pray she runs, too, and I told her so today when I met her in Springfield, MO on her book tour - that I hope she will run and be elected while I’m alive to see it. She was so gracious, and she looks you right in the eyes like you’re the only important person in the room just then. Pure class.

I agree that she has done that. Have the other possible candidates stepped up today with an immediate response to the Afghan speech? Are they waiting to test the water? Are they waiting to hear talk radio opinions?
She said it quickly, loudly and clearly, it was wrong, and I agree.

I kind of liked that picture on the cover of Newsweek. It will probably backfire on them. There’s not a straight man in the country who could pass that in the grocery store without thinking “Man, she’s hot” and the women would say “oh, she’s just a normal person”.

Lot of ignorance surrounding the decision. It was far more complex than a simple imminent domain situation, and to be honest it would have been unnecessary if some of my fellow Mississippians had not been so greedy some years ago.

Amen! Just finished her book. She will crush the opposition. I really think she’ll be our next President. Anyone who thinks she couldn’t run the country better than the Clintons, Bush’s, or Marxist Usurper Hussein can (rest of comment would cause Admin to delete post).

Amen, Jim. As I stated previously, she is the ONLY one I trust with a Republican majority; I know she won’t use that kind of power to grow government. Rather, she would use it to make drastic cuts (as her record indicates).
Imagine Romney, Huck, Pawlenty or any of the others with a GOP majority House and Senate - what a nightmare that would be! They’d be like kids in a candy store and would spend our money on their pet projects, albeit, just slower.
Sounds just like what the Rudy tooters used to say.
