Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.
Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me.
I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia. Ever! Nobody recalls him. I'm not exaggerating, I'm not kidding." Root adds that he was also, like Obama, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me.
No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him. Is that not strange?

NOTE: Root graduated as Valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School, then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major (in the same class as President Barack Obama WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN IN).
Can it be that BHO is a complete fraud?? More intrigue concerning "The Man who wasn't there."

Could it be that he took many Afro-centric classes ... or classes in subjects that would be harmful to his image?
He did admit he was active in black student groups.
I have a very liberal friend who adores “civil rights” (I know, I know but I always try to talk some sense into him and sometimes I can) who just got into Columbia grad school. He is so proud to be going to the same school as his hero 0bama and after reading his admission essay you would cry at how many times he mentioned 0bama and what an inspiration that 0bama has been to him. Columbia must have liked the essay because they let him in! I have asked him to just find me some proof that 0bama was there! Anything at all!

That is like me saying I know him and then I put a photo of myself with a famous photo of bozo next to it.

This thread made the rounds here at FR awhile back. Seems to me someone from that class remembers BO ... having played pick-up basketball with him at that time. Whatever, BO's past is vague to say the least ... and he has gone to great lengths to keep it that way. AP turns a platoon of editor/journalists to fact check every utterance in Sarah Palin's new book and seemingly dare not to go anywhere near fact checking BO and his claims.

That seeing a black guy at Columbia in 1983 would of been like seeing a UFO.
To me, this is thin. Had he gone to my high school, chances are I wouldn't know him nor would most students. That he wouldn't be in a yearbook is also unremarkable.

Seems to me that CNN and MSNBC could use a little boost in their ratings. A big dig into BO’s background with accurate reportings of the vast cover up that is going on would be a huge ratings boost. I guess they just don’t care.
This guy did not exist 10 years ago and now he is president. WTF is going on here.
It really is not, the same as the birth certificate issue is not misguided. There really really are fundamental questions about Barack Obama, his integrity, his origins, and his ascendence, which bear on his position to be leader of the once free United States.
These investigations and discussions help reveal that. And help reveal just who is behind positioning him into such a position.
Assuming from your screen name you are a west coaster; living in Oregon part time it amazes me how truly naive (being kind) the good citizens of Oregon are. Like they believe outright Harvard University is this fine historical University that warrants its reputation, and the New York Times is a fountain of intellectual politics and analysis, and that the Ivy League Northeast represents some stalwart reliable values.
Having matriculated and worked there, you may accept it or not, but we are talking about a truly radical, arrogant Leftist (sinister) element throughout, in both established educational and business institutions. Not everyone, but a truly bigoted calculating element. I do not doubt that Barack Obama has a law degree from Harvard University, but the fact that it means anything at all beyond his own ego, and the manipulative cabal behind him, is a totally open question.
When in Oregon, if it were not so serious I would have to chuckle continuously, like watching a human society out of the Matrix. Good people maybe, but clueless; like some sweet young'un talked into the bedroom by the Snakeman.

0bama has no core group of friends. You go to schools like Columbia and Harvard to make life long contacts with other brilliant people...where are these people?
In addition to his Casper-the-ghost-like attendance at Columbia is the question of how one gets into Harvard law, starting out, academically, at a nondescript small college in southern California, transferring then to super-high-priced Columbia (how?, and who paid the bill?), graduating Columbia with no more than a “C” or at most a “C+” [about the only way he could have graduated and not graduated “with honors” - he IS on the list of graduates but not on any list of those “with honors” - not even the lowest honors); and yet somehow get accepted at Harvard Law (again: how, and who paid the bill?).
