Politico: A senior administration official said President Barack Obama was simply observing protocol when he bowed to Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko upon arriving at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo on Saturday.

Obambi doesn't listen, nor does he care. The verbal blunders he makes aren't accidental, he really doesn't remember or know any better, nor does he want to listen to any brief. The fix is in---he just doesn't want to be bothered. A good example was when he introduced the Indian as a medal of honor holder, and he gave him the medal of freedom, 2 weeks before. He wasn't paying attention then or now, and isn't interested anyway.
