So ... how long does everyone think it will take after this goes into effect for some patriot to defend himself through the use of arms in his own home when they come to get him????

Do these people truly believe that the Federal Government of the United States has the power under our Constitution to force citizens to buy a product or service regardless of their desire to do so? Under what section of the Constitution is this purported power found? The "General Welfare clause", perhaps?
That's a battle I would love to bring before the Supreme Court, if only to determine once and for all that such a reading of that clause does violence to the rest of the document. It cannot be as open-ended as Congress has routinely read it, otherwise, what was the purpose of the frequent enumeration and delineation of powers throughout the Constitution? The Founders never intended this clause to be a "blank check", but rather a guideline naturally subject to all of the numerous limitations that followed.
Additionally, and as an expression of Federalism, state governments can and do mandate certain types of insurance coverage, but only to the extent that their own state constitutions allow it. The Federal government has no such power.

Besides congress which exempted themselves there is also the “other” privileged class — illegal aliens who will see no jail for not buying insurance but who will have it paid for by the rest of us.

What would really be “fair” would be for her to take a flying leap from a very high place.

To a totalitarian collectivist-statist like Nazi Pelousy, imprisoning and even humiliating, torturing, and executing counter-revolutionaries is always fair.

Run for your state legislature.
States can vote to opt-out of the bill entirely. McDonnell has promised VA will do just that.
