No, before it didn’t have it. They just posted a schedule update on the screen flashing the time for the vote.
They are going to vote on the GOP Substitute Bill first, then immediately vote on the Dems Plan.

I hope the reason for the delay is that they don’t have the votes. But what if it’s because they have to wait for some members to come back from their districts?
You know the RATS would put this off as long as it took rather than to risk a vote and lose.
