Yes, we did it. We finally got a chance to show the loser Moderates than RINO's (McCain, Dole) are not the future of the party just its pale shadow.

In New York no less.

Conservatives can take back the GOP and win elections again.

I think this is great. When we were in DC, maybe when we were screaming “Can you hear us now?” we were really screaming it to the GOP. I hope they can hear us.

For the past several years, I have gone 'undercover' with the liberal branch of my church to see how these liberal folks reason and what motivates them.

Yesterday, I had it out with the pastor there for (as a result of her action) ended me up in the state mental hospital for a few weeks (preliminary story at my blog: Dave Smith's Blog)

The Lord has been grooming me for a role all my life and tomorrow I find out if the final resources are in place -- the money. The important part is to act our best according to our personal religious tradition. This was my 'random' meditation this afternoon:

Psalm 72: 1 A Psalm of Solomon. Give the king Your judgments, O God, And Your righteousness to the king's Son. 2 He will judge Your people with righteousness, And Your poor with justice. 3 The mountains will bring peace to the people, And the little hills, by righteousness. 4 He will bring justice to the poor of the people; He will save the children of the needy, And will break in pieces the oppressor. 5 They shall fear You F66 As long as the sun and moon endure, Throughout all generations. 6 He shall come down like rain upon the grass before mowing, Like showers that water the earth. 7 In His days the righteous shall flourish, And abundance of peace, Until the moon is no more. 8 He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, And from the River to the ends of the earth. 9 Those who dwell in the wilderness will bow before Him, And His enemies will lick the dust. 10 The kings of Tarshish and of the isles Will bring presents; The kings of Sheba and Seba Will offer gifts. 11 Yes, all kings shall fall down before Him; All nations shall serve Him. 12 For He will deliver the needy when he cries, The poor also, and him who has no helper. 13 He will spare the poor and needy, And will save the souls of the needy. 14 He will redeem their life from oppression and violence; And precious shall be their blood in His sight. 15 And He shall live; And the gold of Sheba will be given to Him; Prayer also will be made for Him continually, And daily He shall be praised. 16 There will be an abundance of grain in the earth, On the top of the mountains; Its fruit shall wave like Lebanon; And those of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth. 17 His name shall endure forever; His name shall continue as long as the sun. And men shall be blessed in Him; All nations shall call Him blessed.

18 Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, Who only does wondrous things! 19 And blessed be His glorious name forever! And let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen. 20 The prayers of David the son of Jesse are ended.

Jim, if you look at all the changes you’ve brought about for this country - you’ll see that you’ve been a one man Tea Party. Sometimes we forget to say “thanks”... so, Thanks... it’s meant a lot - we’ll all try to keep freedom alive.

The GOP has been basically neutered in NY. Most GOP candidates sound just like Democrates and independents, one in the same. Same ideas, same ideals, same corrupt mentality, same sh## diffferent day. This is a line drawn in the sand for both the GOP and the rats in control. We can now feel the power we have to inflict pain in every state in the union.

Now conservatives have to turn out for primary season in the Republican Party. If you are conservative, get active in your county party (RINOs, stay home . . . please). Because if conservatives do not get active in the local party RINOs will win nomination by default.

If we get conservatives nominated in Republican primaries during the spring of 2010, we will have a good November. Otherwise we will see the conservative vote split and the Democrats will continue to hold power.

What happened in the past is unimportant at this point in time compared to what will happen in the future. No matter how unhappy you have been with the Republicans before, make an effort to see conservatives get nominated in the primaries.

Get active in your local Republican party. Encourage conservatives to run — preferably as Republicans. A conservative Republican candidate will be a liberal Democrat in November, but a conservative 3rd party candidate will split votes with a moderate Republican to let the liberal Democrat win. So the job through next spring is to get conservatives — not RINOs or squishes — nominated on the Republican ballot.

I was at a Tea Party this morning when they announced that Scuzzi Fuzzi dropped out. Everybody whupped it up. Even in WA state they knew the significance of this.

Great news! Even tho some of her supporters will vote for the Dem, this should give Hoffman a win. I don’t think the Dems would be bold/stupid enough to try to steal more than 3-5% of the vote....As with all elections, turnout is key.

The saying “success has has many fathers” was never truer! Thanks for giving credit where credit is really due—to the wave of conservative energy and activism. Of course we haven’t won this one yet, but there is a success in what has been done regardless.

NY23, NJ, VA, if we hit this trifecta it could be an East Coast earthquake that shakes the whole country.

You are so right Jim!

Just this morning I got a call from the John Boehner committee asking for a donation to help him with his goal to un-seat Nancy and become Speaker of the House. The first question I asked the caller was how was John Boehner going to do that until the Republicans took control of the House?

The caller then said that was their goal and that they need donations to support Republican House candidates. I then told him they would not receive a penny from me because John Boehner never called out the Republicans who voted with the DEMS for Cap&Trade, and because they back the likes of Dede Scozzafava over Doug Hoffman! I proceeded to tell him my support only goes to individual constitutional conservatives, not RINO’s! Had great fun this morning!

Then James and I went to a breakfast meeting with our local 9/12 group. We had about 30 there and I met two new FL Freepers! About six from the 9/12 group were making plans to come to Orlando on the 12th. They are also getting the word out for a caravan to drive over from St.Pete. Needless to say, you and the Tea Party Express are going to receive a huge Florida welcome in Orlando! :)
