Judge dismisses Cal. eligibility challenge - Plaintiffs promise appeal of ruling protecting Obama

A California judge has dismissed a complaint challenging President Obama's eligibility to be president citing the "birth certificate from the state of Hawaii" that apparently refers to an Internet image of a "Certification of Live Birth" released during Obama's campaign.

The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from such eligibility challenges.

A Wikipedia page has been cited by dozens of bloggers after it listed Siddarth Velamoor as one of the newest law clerks for Carter – who today released his ruling dismissing the complaint in the Barnett v. Obama case in the Central District, Southern Division Court in Santa Ana, Calif.

Velamoor is also listed in the Martindale lawyer database as an associate of international law firm Perkins Coie, the same law firm of Robert Bauer – top lawyer for Obama, Obama's presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee and Obama's Organizing for America – and the same Washington, D.C., lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!

By that same logic, then there should be no "judicial review" of laws to see if they meet the Constitution --- if Congress passes it and the President signs it, then using that same standard, that law must be constitutionally legitimate.

Let's not confuse the inability for the attorneys to define Standing and Jurisdiction (at this juncture) with the Legitimacy of Obama as a Natural Born Citizen.

Judge Carter's actions do not authenticate Obama's Eligibility, just the judge's ability to make a ruling on the matter at his level.

It’s obvious that Judge Carter was made an offer he couldn’t refuse. This decision was made at the barrel of a gun, not based on the rule of law. This is a day that will live in infamy for the American judicial system - and we’ve had way too many of those in the last decade or so! When the judicial system shirks its responsibility to redress gross insults to the Constitution, the Constitution is in effect dead!
