This is an excerpt from the section titled "STUDY ON AFFORDABLE COVERAGE" which begins on page 208.
Does anyone doubt that the report will recommend universal (government) healthcare for all? And the debate on such legislation would be severely limited by this bill.
Oh and by the way, on page 195 the section titled "FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ESSENTIAL HEALTH BENEFITS COVERAGE" imposes a tax if you don't have health insurance, but language on page 201 excludes "UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS" from such requirement and from the tax.

There will only be a WORLD GOVERNMENT if Obama can get the climate control treaty signed and ratified before then - AMERICAN SOVERIGNTY ceases to exist, and these problems become moot.

I don’t believe that these provisions will be worth the paper they’re written on. One Congress cannot create rules that binds another Congress’ potential actions.
