Can a person legally obtain multiple social security numbers? I know you can obtain a new replacement social security number in the event of ID theft.

Is there any kind of strategy rich people commonly use with social security numbers to stay under the radar or for taxes?

If BHO was born in 1961 he would have been 18 or 19 when he received SS number. I'm assuming he was enrolled as a student at Columbia at that time. Most kids have a SS# assigned to them in their early to mid-teens, when they first start looking for part time work.
