OK- so what does this mean? The Fed assigned a previously used SS# and recycled it to Zero?

This is nonsense....I'm all for nailing the kenyan, but this is a pig in a poke.

This is important if proven true because you are only allowed 1 SS #. they all need to be run to see about passports, birth certificates, col edge money etc.

A: No. We do not reassign a Social Security number (SSN) after the number holder's death. Even though we have issued over 415 million SSNs so far, and we assign about 5 and one-half million new numbers a year, the current numbering system will provide us with enough new numbers for several generations into the future with no changes in the numbering system.

The govt did not assign him a recycled number. Govt does not do that. It wasn’t issued to him at all, as SS#’s are issued according to the state you were born in, etc. It is called Identity theft.

You obviously don't watch enough TV - CSI to know that fake identities are built on the ss numbers OF DEAD PEOPLE.

I work for the Social Security Administration. This is not possible as the SSA does not recycle numbers. From the SSA website:
