The Obama Justice Department's Secret Blogging Team... Is it Illegal?

Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, has apparently hired a cadre of left-wing, Democrat campaign bloggers to troll through the Internet looking for news stories and blog posts that denigrate the Obama agenda. After such websites are found it is the job of these secret lefty bloggers to leave comments that come to the support of Obamaism in the comments sections. It seems that Eric Holder has created his own little propaganda unit in a valiant effort to become the Bloggi Riefenstahl of the Obama era.

As reported at The Muffled Oar, a blog that first broke the story of Holder's secretive blogging unit -- dubbed the "Blog Squad" by blogger Isaac Muzzey -- Holder has housed this unit in the Office of Public Affairs at the Department of Justice. It also appears that former John Edwards staffer Tracy Russo is part of this special unit.

A site called whorunsgov.com reported back in May that DOJ hired Russo to do "media outreach for the whole department." It is, according to whorunsgov.com, the first time such an effort has been made at DOJ.

I was instrumental in posting the gaphic of which you speak, and I agree with you. (A freeper added the Obama logo to the graphic, and wanted it possted widely, which I did until people started complaining , LOL.)

Yes, liberals are romantics. They bought the notion that "Americas first black president" was somehow like the movie , " Mr Smith Goes to Wshington." The notion blinnded them, and Obaa;s RINO opposition, in not thoroughly investigating who "America's First Black President" truly was.Even now, we see that his records have been sealed cauterized or obscured to oblivion, purposefully.McCain would not make Obama's leftist history an issue , for example, even when several PACs had the ads cocked and loaded.RINOs bought the romantic notion, and the fear of being politicaly incorrect due to calls of "racism."

If the leftists pass Cap & Trade, energy companies will begin even more layoffs to cut their costs. (the co-worker I mentioned still works at an energy company). If they pass the government healthcare, she will lose her wonderful, cushy health plan which she has relied upon so heavily with two youngsters that pick up every bug under the sun at daycare. If she loses her nice, well-paying job at the energy company, she’ll find that things aren’t so hopey changey under the Obamey glow (no, that’s not the sun, it’s the glare coming off of collective leftist stupidity).

If the leftists pass amnesty, she’ll be happy (for a few minutes) that some of her relatives can now be legal...but as millions and millions MORE Mexicans flood the system, and it collapses under the strain, maybe.... just maybe...it will dawn on her...that she might just have helped screw the pooch to death. Of course, by then....it’ll be too late. All that’ll be left is a rather unsavory civil unrest.....and her there with no weapons for protection.

I try to pray for people like her in their ignorance. Unfortunately, though, their ignorance has already negatively affected MY life. And will no doubt continue to do so exponentially....as time goes on.

I used to work for a company where the management subscribe to the “it’s all about energy” theory. That and the spritual “salad bar” theory. (Take what you like and feel good about and leave the rest.)

One of the top three from the company said one day, “I am going to vote for Obama, I think it will be cool to have a black president.” This is the same guy who has his best buddy from high school working for the company, but wanted to make a company policy that people who worked there should not be able to date each other.

I think it is a perfect example of what is wrong with our country. Liberals don’t liberate anything, they want control and they want to do the things that make them “feel good” but they really have no integrity.

Sometimes it is scary but I get inspiration remembering those that fought against Hitler and the nazis like Irena Sendler.

Irena Sendler, born in 1910, was raised by her Catholic parents to respect and love people regardless of their ethnicity or social status. Her father, a physician, died from typhus that he contracted during an epidemic in 1917. He was the only doctor in his town near Warsaw who would treat the poor, mostly Jewish victims of this tragic disease. As he was dying, he told 7-year-old Irena, “If you see someone drowning you must try to rescue them, even if you cannot swim.”

In 1939 the Nazis swept through Poland and imprisoned the Jews in ghettos where they were first starved to death and then systematically murdered in killing camps. Irena, by than a social worker in Warsaw, saw the Jewish people drowning and resolved to do what she could to rescue as many as possible, especially the children.

Working with a network of other social workers and brave Poles, mostly women, she smuggled 2,500 children out of the Warsaw ghetto and hid them safely until the end of the war.

Speaking of liberals, I have found them to be dishonest opportunists....that delude themselves into thinking that they are great humanitarians via their liberal attitudes. However, when it comes to their money and parting with it for those liberal ideas they have, it’s always “Hell no”.

My liberal boss liked to try and “help” people. It didn’t work out so well when he took in an illegal mexican family and they robbed him blind. (Also drank all his booze, sat around on their butts and watched TV, etc.) Good old socialism....

Its an operative principle we have lost connectuon with. We live in a completely "causal " world. Sometimes events are not causally related. But they are coincidentally related by personal meaning, and we should not ignore them.

Perhaps you can help her, perhaps that opportunity will arise. Or perhaps it means nothing. Who knows? Not me.

Actually, I lost my job working for the liberals in August. I am sure my philosophy versus theirs played a part in it. (I dressed up like Sarah Palin last Halloween and spoke her lines while in costume. It was great fun.)

I went back in the office to pick up some things after being gone for 2 months and their spiritual rocks on the front desk and the whole place gave me the creeps.

I feel lucky to be out of there now and I got a new job last week so all is well.

The sad part is, I really grew to like her a lot. I just find it hard to respect someone that would be dumb enough (or uninformed enough...or apathetic enough) to vote for Zero and the socialist Dems. This was/is an internet/pc savvy person, btw. No excuse for NOT finding out all the ins and outs of any candidate. The truth was out there. One just had to look for it.
