This is a common democrat scam.
Democrats working in the local Supervisor of Elections office scan the data base for registered voers with a history of not voting.
Democrats then turn in fraudulent absentee ballots in those names.
Unless the real voters try to submit a legitimate vote no one is the wiser.
Here is the kicker - if the fraudulent vote is entered first the real vote is not accepted.
In that case the second vote is rejected and the real voter has to file a complaint with the local Supervisor of Elections.
If that person is a democrat guess what happens to the complaint.
Either way, most of the fraudulent votes get counted.

The scandal is focused on suspicions people tied to the Troy Democrats forged ballots. With the ever increasing percentage that absentee ballots make up of the votes cast, and the ongoing stories of fraudulent registrations submitted by ACORN, the possibility, or likelihood of fraud and stolen elections just keeps getting greater.
Republicans have been too afraid to investigate this thoroughly, and the Dims and MSM have no intention of seriously investigating it. - Those two young people with their pimp and hooker act have done more to shine a light on this criminal enterprise than all others in the US combined. Their work might have forced negligent, cowardly and dishonest public officials to finally take a serious look.
