Request for comments. The GOP needs leadership, we are that leadership.

The party GOP at a national level is searching for leadership. We, the grass roots of the party, will provide that leadership. This blog will reflect not just my ideas, but more importantly the ideas and views of the grass roots.

While there may be differences among us, they are not so divisive as to cause us to waver in our support for candidates and leaders who stray from the path of monetary responsibility and fiscal conservatism.

Here are the answers to a few questions you may have.

1. What will this blog accomplish? 2. Why I am assuming the position of de facto leader of the Republican party at the Grass Roots level. 3. What are the issues that unite us? 4. What do we demand from our Republican leadership?

I'd like to know everyone's opinion of this but I'm having trouble posting it because I have it on blogspot.com. Comments criticisms, etc.

I guess the question is can we make our voices heard with the potential leaders of the party by creating a single unified voice on issues we all agree on. The url is below.

If the GOP nominates another RINO, they will be DOA.
You would think that the teaparties, the protesters at townhall meetings, the overwhelming distrust of the goverment that the GOP would return to a more conservative base. Mitt isnt the answer, McCain wasnt the answer. We must take back the party from those who stole it from us.

>> We, the grass roots of the party, will provide that leadership.

Do you mean to say that “We are the people we’ve been waiting for?”

I hope we can change the GOP like you say we can...

(sorry, couldn’t resist)

Become a Precinct Committee Person/Officer in your local Precinct...NOW...THAT’s how you start. We need to hijack the Pubbies back from the abyss to Conservatism....and we will! IF, we get involved. You can’t just yell and write about what you want, you have to DO things, too.

Republicans and Democrats both- puppets. And it’s the same master pulling the strings.

Welcome to the New World Order.

Why do Republicans oppose immigration law enforcement when the people strongly support it?
Why did they start the bailouts?
Why are they even negotiated on the govt takeover of health care? To make it a “good” govt takeover?

Two sides of the same coin.

The RINOs gotta go too.

They never reply to emails, I wonder if they actually read them. The surveys are just a pretense to ask for money

The GOP will either hold the Constitution to be the most sacred document after the Bible or they can forget about my support. I see the BOR as engraved in stone, just like the 10 commandments.

Call me dogmatic, better that than wishy washy!

The most useful part of that case study is Thompson. People latched on to the guy with NO good reason, other than a **hope** that he might be “the guy”.

Then, people being what they are, they stuck to their guns, **hoping** that they were the ones who were “right”.

1. Get rid of the RINOs (Democrats’ 5th column)
2. Take back public education from the Left
3. Shut down the State Run Media

We need to unleash hell on these bastards.

They spent the last eight years engaged in a disgusting orgy of divisive political hatred. When we asked them to unite for the country it was in the course of a shooting war with an enemy who would like to kill us all.

And they told us to stuff it.

I want them and their media DEAD!

Yeah but you have to live in the real world. Say what you will, if you vote for a third party you are simply wasting your vote. Look around the world and tell me where the multi-party systems are working. They are not. You end up with coalition governments and an endless creep towards mediocrity.

I think this happens because we allow the leadership to pull what they want to hear from smaller groups within the GOP. Clearly the mass of grass roots supporters don’t want illegal immigration, bailouts, or RINOs at all.
