Here is a poll question as to whom Freepers prefer to be the POTUS. The list is fairly extensive, but even at that there will be those who's choice is not listed. It does however have the usual suspects and category for other.
Interesting thing about this poll is John McCain is not on the list. Doe anyone really think he will even attempt top run?
Whom do Freepers Prefer For president
Charlie Daniels? OK by me!
Not reading the replies or the poll, I’d venture to say that FReepers support Sarah and Hunter.
Which, given FReepers’ success in chosing in the past few elections, is great news for Mitt and others.
Reagan was a AFL-CIO lifetime member. He broke PATCO for a blatantly illegal strike.
Bibi.
I know how politics are played. However, you can’t brush everyone w/the same stroke. Some play it very fair, Reagan ie, and some don’t and mislead.
This libertarian FReeper is throwing in his chips with Governor Palin. As attractive as Dr. Paul's fiscal policies might be, the way he squandered the vast sum of money we threw at him last time has convinced me that he would have been a terrible President. There is a time and a place to spend lots of money and December '07/January '08 was certainly it and he didn't. He would be a good choice for Secretary of the Treasury though.
We desperately need someone to assume President Reagan's mantle and I think Governor Palin has the best chance of that. The unprecedented 1980 landslide was against an incumbent President. Yes We Can! pull a 1980 in 2012.
I can’t get the links to work! I’ll try later.
HUNTER is still the best in the race!
“Bibi. “
Ummm...I’d elect him just for his voice! He could talk all day, and I don’t even care what he says. :<)
John Bolton.
I do like the author's name: Chuckness
I voted for General Petraeus, but I would love a Palin/Petraeus ticket.
And may I add that I would take anyone on that list over the current President. I hope that didn't sound racist too. /sac
Duncan Hunter. We need a leatherneck in charge!
Changes in the White House when a Marine gets there:
1. Not only will all male guests be required to wear a tie, they will also need to have a high and tight haircut.
2. Army 1 will no longer be allowed to go anywhere until Marine 1 arrives first, clears the ground and leaves.
3. Any reporter who does not start and end all questions with “Mr. President” will be required to do 20 pushups before the press conference can continue.
4. R Lee Ermy will be the White House Press Secretary, but he will be called White House Press Bulldog because “secretary” is what a “grabastic piec of s**t” likes to be called.
Nice dog. What’s his name? I’m sure he would make a better President than the guy sitting in the oval office now.
The unions have killed the economy in this country and they will kill off capitalism if given the chance. The days of the "good unions" are over. The vote of the Boeing workers in North Carolina are proof that politicized unions do not benefit the workers.
That would be “Ranger”.
So if you clear that website cookie - very easy w/ Firefox - you can vote 30 times in a couple minutes. Poll won't be very accurate. (the Ron Paulites can really skew it in their favor)
Reagan himself was a union president and the Reagan democrats consisted primarily of union members with the core of them being here in Michigan. Sure he fired union ATCs but he would have done the same to non union ATCs if they had done the same thing.
Behaving like moron liberals with cultlike devotion to a fantasy doesn’t seem to be working very well for republicans.
I like your Freeper Homepage. Awesome and Ditto’s.
OV (Chuck Ness) I like it to
“Spokesmen for Obama on Tuesday and Wednesday were circulating their views that Obama is not going to obsess about the racial aspects of opposition to his policies.”
“A bone in every dish!!”
