Isn't it time for RICO investigation of ACORN? A third videotape of ACORN employees counseling a couple posing as pimp and prostitute on evading the law has been published on BigGovernment.com. James O'Keefe, Hannah Giles, and Andrew Breitbart have demonstrated a pattern and practice of corruption in the national organization at three different locations.
ACORN is now threatening a lawsuit against Fox News for not observing the MSM embargo on the videotapes produced by the awesome thresome from BigGovernment.com. John Fund of the WSJ comemnts, "Bring it on!" in the video discussion below.

A better question is why wasn’t a RICO investigation of ACORN done before the 2008 election?
The Bush administration failed us in a lot of ways, the ACORN situation included.
However, it would be great for some enterprising state AGs to bring the hammer down.
Too bad the couple who exposed ACORN in DC, MD and NY didn't target them in friendlier territory.

My guess: If there is a RICO investigation, obama will make sure that it is an investigation of those who exposed ACORN and not of his communist enablers.

[For those who didn’t catch it, biggovernment.com has blown the lid wide open on ACORN. In three places, ACORN reps were videotaped giving tax cheat advice to a child prostitute pimp claiming he had hookers in the age range of 13 - 15 [actually a sting]. Not only is ACORN supported with tax money, it also will be in charge of the 2010 Census.]

Discovery would only “kill them” if the trial’s revelations were shown to the public. They won’t be.
ACORN and a slew of other Marxist organizations have been carried by the government for longer than Bush - going back to the 60’s. Every time the Left runs a race or sex victim show, they pass leglislation establishing and funding ACORN like activists organization to “solve” the “problem.” The Watermelons like Van Jones are funded with all that Climate Change money!
