Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain.

Maybe I’m naïve, but the Clintons have the best investigative and muck raking team in the business and if they couldn’t find anything on Obama, there probably wasn’t anything to find.

Yes - they’ll quietly change her orders to make this go away. There is no chance obama will actually prove his eligibility. After all, even as a service officer this Doctor is still only “one of the little people” to that elitist socialist in the White House. There’s no way he’d acknowledge her, and of course he can’t prove his eligibility either...
This situation puts our gals and guys in uniform in such a terrible position.
You join because you want to serve the country and her best interests and yet the One calling the shots does not have the best interest of the country in mind...and may not be kosher to do so in the first place.

There will be no recinding of the orders, there will be no need. The case will never see the inside of a court, nor will Captain Dr. Rhodes. Unless it's at her court martial for missing movement.
I have the same response as I would for someone in 2001-2008 refusing deployment b/c Bush “stole” the election. A professional military remaining above the political fray is essential to a free country.

And Clintons knew nothing about these communist czars Obama was obviously affliated with either???? Seems like a group set up to me. They were probably all in it for the liberal “cause” and everyone had to sacrifice for it. That it is socializing America. Just like I think the Blue Dog Democrats and those scared to vote for Obama care are being pressured to vote yes because they may not have the voting majority again for 80 years or so. And obviously they will not.... there are too many pissed off people.

Yes, and that can be done at the state level since states decide who will be on their ballots even for federal elections. All one state has to do is pass a law requiring proof of qualifications and Obama has no choice but to cough it up.
Maybe they did, and maybe Obama's posse had something equally bad on the Clintons. Some sort of deal may have been struck to the benefit of both parties.

I’ve been waiting for this. It will be interesting to see how DoD and the Onada crowd plays this.

I salute Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes for having the courage and leadership to stand up and uphold The Constitution. That is something that Congress and the Courts need a lesson in.
